Media TrainingSomeone You Can Trust
If you're looking for a media trainer, here are the reasons to consider me. I also offer options on how the training can be delivered. Money Back GuaranteeIf a client isn't happy with my work as a media trainer, just me know why and I'll refund your money, less any expenses paid. This is for both Corporate and Virtual group media training sessions. I've done media training for over 12 years without an issue with a client and that's why I'm confident I can make this guarantee. No Hassle, Transparent PricingUnlike all other media trainers, I put the price for a media training workshop on my website. You can see my pricing below. You can even go to the Store section of my website and pay for the training with a credit card and I’ll immediately start working with you to arrange a media training workshop customized for you on the day you want it. It can't be any easier than that. I make a real effort to be somebody who's easy for clients to work with. The prices are clearly identified, payment is made easy and I will always respond to questions within minutes. This is why I offer what I believe is Canada’s Best Media Training. I'm someone you can trust. Corporate Media Training
For over a decade, I've been delivering media training workshops across the country by going to the client's offices, or to a location they've chosen. These sessions last a full day or a half-day, whatever works best for the client. Here's what takes place at each media relations training workshop I deliver:
Everyone receives an e-copy of my book The Honest Spin Doctor, my media training manual, and other valuable takeaway material. Virtual Media TrainingThe virtual corporate media training workshop provides everything the Corporate Media Training workshop does with one exception - I'm not there in person. Everything else is much the same and it can even work better for some groups who have members spread out through a wide geographical area, saving them travel costs. They get to learn and interact via a Zoom connection with me on the other end. As long as the number of people to be interviewed is less than ten, virtual training can work very well. In addition, there's almost no limit to the number of people from an organization who can jump online and learn. The training includes the same presentation used for in-person media training workshops. Participants also work with each other to learn how to prepare for media interviews and then do a number of practice interviews to get them ready to face the media. This is excellent preparation, especially with so many interviews being done today via video. Virtual Media Training comes in at a lower price as well for those groups who are on a tighter budget, but delivers the same great value. Online Media CoachingWhile my corporate media relations training sessions work well for groups like a Board of Directors or a Management Team, at times there are people who aren’t part of a larger group who need to get ready to face the media. On other occasions, people have taken media relations training in the past, but need a refresher. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, online training is by far the best way to deliver media training and people don't have to leave their homes to take it. I work from my office in Edmonton, AB to deliver a great virtual training session anywhere in the world. Online Media Coaching works extremely well in these situations. I work directly through an online connection that allows me to work one-on-one with anyone. You’ll receive a presentation on the media and I will interview you on your issues. You’ll get video of the interviews at the end of a three-hour media training session. The price is really affordable and clients get the same takeaway material as I offer in my group sessions. |
